Terms of Sale

1. Who sells it

The PEFELI Motion System (the “Kit”) is made and supported by SellerForge LLC (“we”), a Florida limited liability company at 2391 Alclobe Circle, Ocoee, FL 34761, USA. For support, email hello@sellerforgepro.com.

2. How payment works

Checkout and payment are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record (reseller) for your order. It charges your payment method, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and sends your receipt. Polar's own buyer terms also apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars. Tax, if any, is added at checkout.

3. What you get

A digital product, delivered right after payment:

• 7 editable motion video recipes for Remotion (vertical 9:16), each with example brands;
• 8 skills for Claude Code;
• illustrated step-by-step guides that open in your browser;
• a local catalog, a one-command installer and a setup check;
• an animation library (animated emoji, self-drawing icons, avatar styles) and a talking avatar driven by your own voice;
• 10 prompts for free-form films, with a scored review pass;
• every future drop (section 6).

4. What you need, and what's not included

• A paid Claude plan (Pro or Max). Not included.
• A computer with Windows 10 or 11 on Intel or AMD, or a Mac with macOS 13 or newer, 8 GB of memory and about 5 GB of free disk space. Windows on ARM (Snapdragon) can't render. It doesn't run on phones.
• Remotion, which is free for individuals and companies with up to 3 people. Larger companies need their own Remotion Company License (remotion.pro/license). Not included.
• Some guides use third-party tools with their own accounts and prices, such as Kling, Higgsfield, Gemini and Adobe Express. Not included.

Please check these before you buy. If the Kit doesn't run on your setup, the Refund Policy applies.

5. Delivery

Right after payment, you get a download link for the Kit (one zip file) through Polar. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, email us at hello@sellerforgepro.com and we'll send it.

6. Drops

Every future drop of the PEFELI Motion System is included at no extra cost and arrives the same way. We don't promise a schedule or a number of drops.

7. Price

The launch price is $4.99 for the first 10 buyers. After the 10th sale, the price is $7.90. It's a one-time payment. If our price changes after you buy, we won't charge you the difference, and we won't refund it.

8. Refunds

You have 14 days from your purchase to ask for a refund, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

9. License

Your purchase gives you a license to use the Kit, not ownership of it. The License, also included in the Kit as LICENSE.md, sets out what you may do. In short, the videos you make are yours, including for clients, and you may not resell or share the Kit.

10. Support

Support is in English, by email at hello@sellerforgepro.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

11. No promises of results

We describe what the Kit does and what it includes. We don't promise any result, number of views, sales or income.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase. Updates show a new effective date at the top.

13. Law

The laws of the State of Florida, USA govern these terms. Any dispute about them goes to the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
