PEFELI Motion System · English edition
License
Effective October 22, 2026
Version 1.0
This license is between you and SellerForge LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). It covers the PEFELI Motion System you bought: the code, recipes, skills, prompts, guides, catalog, tools, scripts and example media, in the zip and in every drop we send you (together, the “Kit”). Using the Kit means you agree to it.
In plain English
- Make as many videos as you want, for yourself or for clients, including paid work. The videos are yours.
- One purchase is one license, for one person.
- Don't resell, share or publish the Kit, any part of it, or a modified version of it.
- Some third-party pieces have their own rules, and some ask for a credit line (see CREDITS.md and section 6).
- Remotion, the video engine the Kit runs on, has its own license: companies with more than 3 employees buy it from Remotion.
The full terms below are what count.
1. What you may do
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license, with no end date, to:
- install and use the Kit on the computers you use;
- use the Kit's recipes, skills, guides and pieces to make videos, images and audio (“Outputs”) for yourself and for clients, including for commercial purposes;
- change the Kit's code, recipes and skills for your own projects;
- let your Claude Code, or another AI assistant working for you, read and use the Kit to make your videos. That's what the Kit is for.
2. Your Outputs
What you make with the Kit is yours. You may use, sell, post, promote and deliver it to clients, without crediting us. Only a few third-party pieces ask for a credit line when they appear in an Output (section 6).
3. One license, one person
Each purchase is one license, for one person. If other people on your team are going to use the Kit, each of them needs their own license.
4. Client work
You may make Outputs for clients and charge for them. Deliver the finished video and the client's own brand files. The Kit's project (code, recipes, skills) doesn't go with them: if a client wants the project to edit on their own, the client needs their own license.
5. What you may not do
Paid or free, you may not:
- sell, resell, give, lend, share or sublicense the Kit or any part of it (recipes, skills, prompts, guides, tools, pieces, example media), whole, in part or modified;
- publish the Kit or any part of it anywhere: GitHub or another public repository, a website, a template store, a marketplace, a group, a shared drive, a course, a class or a skill directory;
- turn the Kit, or a modified version of it, into another product, such as a template pack, a kit, a course or a skill pack;
- build a website, app or service in which other people use the Kit's recipes or skills to make their own videos;
- use the Kit to train or fine-tune an AI model, or to build training data;
- remove authorship, license or credit notices from the files.
You may talk about the Kit, show the videos you made with it and recommend it to anyone. Whoever wants to use it buys their own license.
6. Third-party components
Some parts of the Kit belong to other people and keep their own licenses. CREDITS.md in the Kit lists each one: what it is, where it lives, its license and whether it asks for a credit. Those rules apply together with this license. The ones that ask something of you:
- Noto Animated Emoji (Google), CC BY 4.0. When an emoji appears in a video you publish, credit it, for example: “Animated emoji: Google Noto Emoji (CC BY 4.0)”.
- DiceBear avatar styles under CC BY 4.0 (adventurer, big-ears, big-smile, croodles, dylan, fun-emoji, glyphs, micah, miniavs, personas, toon-head). Credit the style and its artist; the exact text is in each style's metadata. The other DiceBear styles are CC0 or MIT.
- Supertonic-3 AI voice (OpenRAIL-M), used in the sample narrations (MOTION-004, the kinetic type example and the 3D explainer example) and by
npm run explainer -- voice. Commercial use is allowed within the license's use restrictions: nothing illegal, and nothing that pretends to be a real person. When you publish a video with this voice, say that it's an AI voice, in the video or in its caption. - NASA image of the Andromeda galaxy (PIA04921), public domain. NASA asks for the credit “NASA/JPL/California Institute of Technology” and that you don't suggest NASA endorses your video.
- MediaPipe (Google, Apache 2.0), downloaded by
npm run scene:installfor in-scene text and UI tracking. Under Google's terms it occasionally sends usage and performance statistics to Google, not your images, and this can't be turned off.
Everything else asks nothing of you beyond keeping its license notice, which the Kit already includes: the fonts (SIL Open Font License and Apache 2.0), Tabler Icons, three.js, React, React Three Fiber, zod, postprocessing, Rhubarb Lip Sync, whisper.cpp, faster-whisper, the Kenney sounds, the explainer example's music (made with ACE-Step, commercial use allowed) and the other open-source packages. The examples' sound effects and beats were synthesized in code, with no third-party music.
7. Remotion
The Kit's videos are made with Remotion, which you install from npm and which is licensed by its owner, not by us. Right now Remotion is free for individuals, for-profit companies with up to 3 employees, non-profits, and evaluation. A for-profit company with more than 3 employees needs a Remotion Company License, bought directly from Remotion: https://www.remotion.pro/license. Those rules are Remotion's and can change; the version in force is the one published at https://www.remotion.dev/license. This license doesn't include a Remotion license, and the Kit doesn't include Remotion's source code.
8. What isn't included
- Claude Code and the paid Claude plan (Pro or Max) to use it.
- The Remotion Company License, when it applies to you (section 7).
- The outside sites named in the guides (Kling, Higgsfield, Gemini, ChatGPT, Adobe Express and others), each with its own accounts, prices and terms.
9. Drops
New drops of the Kit that reach you follow this same license. Your license covers every future drop of the PEFELI Motion System at no extra cost. We don't promise a schedule or a number of drops. A drop may change or remove parts of the Kit, for example when a third-party license changes.
10. Trademarks
“Claude” and “Claude Code” are trademarks of Anthropic. “Remotion” is a trademark of its owner. The PEFELI Motion System is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic or Remotion.
11. No promised results
The Kit is provided “as is”. Results depend on your computer, your Claude plan, Remotion and third-party services we don't control. The Kit doesn't promise any number of views, sales or income.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for anything related to the Kit is limited to what you paid for it.
13. When this license ends
This license ends if you break these terms, or if your purchase is refunded. When it ends, stop using the Kit and delete your copies. The videos you made while the license was valid stay yours.
14. Law
The laws of the State of Florida, USA govern this license, and any dispute about it goes to the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
