Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked

If the PEFELI Motion System (the “Kit”) isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase date and you'll get your money back. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@sellerforgepro.com from the address you used to buy, or include that address and your order number. We aim to approve refund requests within 2 business days.

How the money comes back

Your payment was handled by Polar (polar.sh), so the refund goes back through it to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.

After a refund

Your license ends, your download access is removed, and you agree to delete your copies of the Kit.

After 14 days

If something in the Kit doesn't work as described, email us anyway and we'll help. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. Within the 14 days, a refund is faster than a chargeback and gets you the same result.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any right to a refund or withdrawal you have under the law where you live.
