Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SellerForge LLC (“we”) collects on the English pages of pefeliprompts.com (the pages under /en/, such as /en/motion) and when you buy, receive and get support for the PEFELI Motion System (the “Kit”). What we collect when you visit

• Page events, without your identity. When you arrive on a page, play the explainer video or click the buy button, we record which of these happened and when, the page path and the campaign tags of the link you came from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content). Each event carries a random session ID. That ID and the campaign tags live in your browser's session storage and disappear when you close the tab. We don't store your IP address with these events. Supabase stores the events for us, and we use them to count which videos and links lead to purchases.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Supabase) process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in their logs to deliver and protect the site.

These pages don't use advertising cookies, ad pixels or third-party analytics.

What we collect when you buy

Checkout is handled by Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record for your order. It collects your name, email address, payment details and billing location, which it needs for payment and tax, under its own privacy policy. We receive the details we need to deliver your order and support you, such as your name, email address, country and order information. We never receive your full card number.

What we collect when you contact us

Your email address and whatever you write to us.

How we use it

• To deliver the Kit and every drop you're entitled to.
• To answer support requests and process refunds.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as tax and sales records.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages, videos and links work.
• To email you about your purchase and about new drops of the Kit you bought. Those are the only emails we send. Any marketing email would need your consent first and would include an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Polar, for checkout, payment, tax, receipts and the download link.
• Vercel, which hosts the site.
• Supabase, which stores the page events.

Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. No third party collects information about your activity across other websites through these pages.

Do Not Track

We don't track visitors across other websites, and we don't let third parties do so on these pages. So we treat every visitor the same way, whether or not the browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep it

Page events don't identify you, and we keep them to compare results over time. We keep order and support records as long as we need them to deliver drops, support you and meet legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

• To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email us at hello@sellerforgepro.com. We reply within 30 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as sales records.
• If we ever send you marketing emails, the unsubscribe link in each one stops them.

Children

These pages and the Kit aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Where the data is

We're based in the United States. Your information is processed in the United States and wherever our providers operate.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. If a change matters for people who already bought, we'll also tell them by email.
